The background
We have worked with ECC for several years creating a myriad of digital campaigns, print assets and videos. We felt it was time to relook at the brand to create not only a fresh look but to create guidelines that ensure consistency across all channels. We researched the competition, their fleet sizes and their position in the market. We then used recent customer survey findings to build a clear brand strategy.
The Idea
We developed a brand position called:
'Hourly rental that’s up your street.'
This provided differentiation from the Enterprise Rent-a-car brand. Finally, we developed a look and feel and guidelines which are flexible and adaptable but ensure all comms stay close to the brand identity.
